Arion Builders was hired to complete a large garage conversion, turning it into an annex in Roundhay, Leeds.
The client still wanted some garage space for storage, but wanted the rest of the garage to be turned into an annex for extra living space.
We started this project by separating the two rooms with a wall, and adding insulation into this so the annex would keep any heat in.
Arion Builders also added windows into the annex room to create a bright space for the client and their family.
We then plastered all the walls in the annex space and added the flooring desired by the client.
Arion Builders then painted the walls in the room and added the final touches to the garage conversion.
